This is a pretty nice exercise bike for the price. Good thing bike came 85% assembled. The only part I had assemble was the handle bar and the dashboard. The last 2 parts was the seat and the feet stand to install. Over all this is an excellent bike for the price. I am able to get my routine bike ride when it is too cold to ride outside. The red knob on the bike is use to fine tune the intensity of my ride preference.
